Years ago I had occasion to carry a compass with me for several days. I wanted to keep it handy for a moment's notice without having to dig for it. A friend had given me a compass on a boondoggle that was exactly what I needed. My pocket knife and chapstick soon were added, and it grew from there.
Wherever I went, I would customize the necklace with the items I needed for the occasion. Whether I was running errands around town, hiking in the wilderness, or going out of town for the weekend, I changed the attachments of my necklace to suit my plans. I realized others may need these things as well, so from a practical need Guerilla Neckware was born.
Select a boondoggle to start, then select the accoutrements that best fit your needs, including a variety of fasteners and quick-release mechanisms. Each item can be hung from the boondoggle to provide ready access to these accessories. These items can also be hung from a keychain, given as gifts, or used just as they are. Select as few or as many as you want to create a changeable and functional artillery for your unique lifestyle.
