Telexis Corporation - specializes in networked video solutions that
add video service delivery to any communications network. Enterprises
and service providers can interface the Telexis video platform to
their existing networks for the seamless delivery and management
of corporate video applications such as remote site monitoring,
remote operations management and corporate communications.
Telexis products include a series of intelligent remote video capture
and transmission devices and a video management system with integrated
video bandwidth and information management capabilities. Interfaces
and protocols supported include ISDN, frame relay, Ethernet, and
TCP/IP (transmission control protocol/Internet protocol). Regular
telephone lines, satellite, wireless and hybrid fiber coaxial transmission
lines are also supported. Telexis is an affiliate of Newbridge Networks.
Advantor Corporation - designs, manufactures and services electronic
security, access control and integrated monitoring systems. Advantor's
products serve a wide range of customer requirements such as access
control, identification and I.D. badging, process monitoring, intrusion
detection, video surveillance and facility management.

FINANCE AND DISTRIBUTION
Coditel - is the communications division of Tractebel, a global
energy and services company operating in more than 100 countries
worldwide. Coditel operates a cable telelvision network serving
more than 2 million subscribers or nearly 60% of Belgium. Besides
operating its network in the Brussels area, Coditel continues to
expand its distribution activities in the U.S. as part of its collaboration
with the SafeCo group and in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Coditel
is also partnered with MCI WorldCom in telecommunications product
development in Belgium.
Rogers Group - of companies is one of the preeminent telecommunications
providers in Canada. Rogers Wireless is Canada's largest wireless
